Lasagna ala sarma

Preparation steps

  • Peel and peel the carrots and cook the sliced ​​ones in salted water.
  • In a pan with a little oil, rinse the chopped onion and sliced ​​bacon pieces. Add sauerkraut and cover with water, tomato concentrate, and cumin. Simmer for about 20 minutes.
  • In a bowl, mix two eggs and add two yogurts. Mix everything well and add a little salt.
  • Open a can of beans and wash the beans a little.
  • Grease the baking dish a little. First put a little liquid from the stewed cabbage.
  • Put the first row of lasagna on it. Pre-cook the lasagna if it says so on the package. Then put sauerkraut, boiled carrots and beans on the lasagna.
  • Using the same procedure, make another row of lasagna, sauerkraut, boiled carrots and beans.
  • Pour the last row of lasagna with a mixture of yogurt and eggs, and sprinkle with grated cheese.
  • Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.

Serving

Let the lasagna cool a bit before serving. Serve with salad or some meat as desired.
