Lasagna ala sarma
For those who love sarma, give it a try. For those who don’t like it, run away! ;)
Preparation steps
- Peel and peel the carrots and cook the sliced ones in salted water.
- In a pan with a little oil, rinse the chopped onion and sliced bacon pieces. Add sauerkraut and cover with water, tomato concentrate, and cumin. Simmer for about 20 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix two eggs and add two yogurts. Mix everything well and add a little salt.
- Open a can of beans and wash the beans a little.
- Grease the baking dish a little. First put a little liquid from the stewed cabbage.
- Put the first row of lasagna on it. Pre-cook the lasagna if it says so on the package. Then put sauerkraut, boiled carrots and beans on the lasagna.
- Using the same procedure, make another row of lasagna, sauerkraut, boiled carrots and beans.
- Pour the last row of lasagna with a mixture of yogurt and eggs, and sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
- Good apetite!
Serving
