Larded potatoes

Not too demanding dish, but convenient for preparation when guests come unplanned :)

Preparation steps

  • Peel 8 large potatoes and wash well. Cut them in several places, but carefully so that the potatoes remain whole. First, spread cream between the slices, and then alternately fill with pieces of bacon, cheese and mushrooms. Cover with a thin slice of bacon and sprinkle with grated cheese. Add salt and sprinkle with oregano. Bake at 220C covered with aluminum foil. Coat the baked potatoes with cream and garnish with mayonnaise and ketchup. Serve warm
