Lambada ..

I believe you have made this cake many times ... an old classic ... it is usually made with a biscuit base, this time I made a change, and put it together with a biscuit ... real, light refreshment, with two creams and icing of dark and white chocolate ....

Preparation steps

  • In a mold or a suitable bowl, arrange a row of biscuits, previously lightly soaked in orange juice. In the orange juice, with the addition of sugar and vanilla sugar, cook the pudding. Immediately pour it over the prepared biscuits.
  • On the warm cream, arrange the second row of biscuits (which you briefly soak in orange juice).
  • White cream: Milk and sweet cream, put on the fire to boil, separate a couple of tablespoons, then in milk and sweet cream mix, thickener, sugar, vanilla sugar, put together, and cook over low heat, when slightly cooled, add to the cream ground biscuits, and whipped butter.
  • Coat the cake with white cream. Pour chocolate glaze over it, and leave it to cool well, preferably overnight.
  • Chocolate glaze: over a low heat or steam, melt the chocolates, add the other ingredients and immediately pour over the biscuits, which you have previously (soaked in milk).

Serving

..if you still decide on a cake with a biscuit base, here is a recipe for a biscuit:
