“Lambada”

Preparation steps

  • Biscuit: Beat eggs well with sugar, add flour, pp and grated orange peel and bake in a rectangular greased mold at 200 ° C. Sprinkle with orange juice.
  • White cream: Boil the thickener and sugar in the milk, stirring so that no lumps form. Add butter in the cold and mix everything well. Coat the biscuit.
  • Orange cream: Cook the pudding in water with Cedevita sugar and powder. Coat over white cream.
  • Dip the biscuits in the “Cedevita” drink and arrange over the orange cream.
  • Melt the chocolate in butter, add sugar and water, mix well and pour over the biscuits.
  • Cool the cake well in the refrigerator.
