In my opinion, this is the easiest and tastiest way to prepare lamb, after roasting it will be juicy to disintegrate when you eat, it is not complicated to prepare, the only thing that makes it so prepared is roasting :)

Preparation steps

  • It takes 3-5 kg ​​of lamb, it all depends on the number of people and how much is eaten: D put the lamb in the oven, oil so that it is completely covered, add vegeta, pepper and everything you like. Add water so that it is up to half of the roast and half of the lamb so that when it is turned, the other part is in the water. Bake with a couple of views 1-2 h.
  • In the meantime, cut the potatoes into slices.
  • Remove the lamb from the oven, carefully put the potatoes in the bag that dropped the lamb in the water, and when you add the potatoes, bake them open for 20-30 minutes.
