Lamb leg coated with Ajvar sauce
I got the recipe and tried it nost simply and well.
Preparation steps
- mix everything well to be one mass and coat the Lamb leg.
- Heat the stove well to 250c, put the thigh inside and after half an hour turn the meat to the other side and reduce the temperature to 200c, after an hour add a little water and turn the thigh again, reduce the temperature to 150c and bake for another hour.
- If you are left with a coating of the mixture, stir it with water and add it to the thigh, you will get a phenomenal sauce.
