Lamb dumplings the Greek way

Preparation steps
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients, season to taste, shape into balls and let stand for about 15 minutes.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the dumplings on a medium heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until they get a fine yellowish color. Leave the fried ones on paper towels to drain the oil.
- serve with tabouli salad and lemon or with a salad of your choice.
