Ladybugs with cheese
This recipe requires simplicity and precision, but also a super final result. Tomato ladybugs with cheese filling will surely be a hit on your table.
Preparation steps
- Mix cottage cheese with cream, salt and chives.
- Clean, wash and dry the tomatoes. Cut them in half across the width so that the part of the tomato that had the stalk is facing down to serve as a rack. Slightly hollow out the bottom and fill with the prepared mixture with fresh cheese.
- Cut the other half of the tomato into two pieces. Cut most of it in half again to get the wings.
- Arrange the sliced pieces on the stuffed part of the tomatoes to get the appearance of a ladybug.
- With mayonnaise, draw dots on the "wings" of the ladybug, and place two blades of chives so that they protrude from the front like tentacles.
