Kwark cake with blueberries

Another in a series of cakes without the use of an oven ...

Preparation steps

  • Mix the ground biscuits with melted butter and jam and place in a cake tin. Line with a spoon and leave in the fridge for 10 minutes.
  • Mix quark and sugar
  • Put gelatin in 3 tablespoons of water to swell.
  • Melt the white chocolate in the microwave or on a steamer.
  • Put the gelatin on a low heat and melt.
  • Add hot chocolate and 3 tablespoons of quark to the gelatin and mix everything and mix with the rest of the quark.
  • Add more vanilla and mix.
  • Divide into two parts.
  • Mix 200 g of blueberries with a blender and mix into one part of the quark.
  • First, pour the blueberry mixture on the biscuit base and put it in the freezer for 40 minutes to harden.
  • Then stir in the white quark mixture and pour over the blueberry mixture and return to the freezer for another 60 minutes, or about 3 hours in the fridge.
  • Garnish with blueberry stalks and mint leaves.
