Kurdish kebab express
A few years ago, I set a recipe for a Kurdish kebab that is a little more complicated, this is a different recipe that is quite simple to prepare and does not require much time.
Preparation steps
- Put the meat in a larger bowl. In a food processor, separately grind the onion, tomato and parsley, add everything to the meat. Add the rest of the spices and mix everything to combine well.
- Coat a larger pan with butter. Shake the prepared mixture and spread in a pan.
- Use a knife to cut strips about 2-3 cm wide and then cut them in half.
- Then pass over each cut with your finger to separate the kebabs from each other.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for one hour. While the kabab is baking in a Teflon pan, fry the peppers and mushrooms in a little oil. After an hour, add the vegetables between the kebabs and bake for another fifteen minutes.
