Kunta kinte
I got the recipe for this fine cake a long time ago, prepared it a few times and forgot about it. Recently my sister reminded me of him, thank you.
Preparation steps
- Mix egg yolks with sugar, vanilla sugar, add other ingredients and bake in a greased pan (approx. 20 × 35 cm).
- Coat the freshly baked cake with jam and sprinkle with grated apples
- Coat with egg whites and sugar and return to the oven to bake a bit
- Once the cake has gained color, take it out of the oven and pour lukewarm chocolate glaze over it lukewarm.
- Cool, cut into cubes and enjoy.
