Kuglof with dried fruit and nuts

Lovely, juicy and very tasty kuglof.

Preparation steps

  • Whisk eggs and sugar. Gradually add vanilla sugar, baking powder, oil, milk and flour. Combine everything well and add finely chopped dried fruits and nuts. Stir the mixture with a food processor. Coat the kuglof mold with oil and pour the prepared mixture into it. heat to 180 degrees and bake kuglof. Take the baked kuglof out of the oven and leave it to cool, then take it out of the mold. Melt the chocolate in steam with two or three tablespoons of oil and pour it over the kuglof. Decorate with dried fruit.
