Kuglof by Nikica Gamulin Gama
I am posting this recipe by the famous Croatian unfortunately deceased chef Nikica Gamulin Game and my favorite "chef". I was delighted with its simplicity and this recipe is from his cookbook and is irreplaceable to me.
Preparation steps
- Coat the kuglof mold with maragrin (butter) and sprinkle with flour.
- Make the butter, sugar and egg yolks frothy.
- Stirring constantly, gradually add the flour mixed with baking powder. Add milk, oil and add solid egg whites.
- Add melted chocolate and chocolate drops. Pour the mixture into a kuglof mold.
- Bake for 45 minutes at 180 "C.
- Decorate the baked cake with melted chocolate.
