Kuglof
Fast, easy and so juicy ....
Preparation steps
- In a separate bowl, sift the flour with the baking powder.
- In another, froth the eggs and add the sugar and vanilla sugar little by little. Add oil and yoghurt to it and mix well. (you can do everything with a mixer)
- Add the egg mixture to the flour and mix well (again with a mixer).
- Put 1/3 of the mixture in a separate bowl and add cocoa and yogurt (2 tablespoons). And in the remaining "white mixture" mix the lemon zest.
- First pour the white mixture into the kuglof mold, then the black and then the white again. Using a fork, gently “stir” both mixtures to distribute the chocolate mixture nicely.
- Place in a preheated oven at 180'C for 40 minutes, then reduce to 160'C and then bake for another 20 minutes. (try with a toothpick if the mixture is ready)
- when done, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
