KrhkE (PrhkE) Crostules No.2
Something finoooo ..! Now I found out that they are called Crostules!
Preparation steps
- Shake the flour on the surface and make a hole.
- Add egg yolks, salt and wine to the hole.
- Knead the dough which must be as soft as noodle dough, and harder as for rolled dough.
- Mix well, cover with a cloth and let rest for 30 minutes.
- Then roll it out to a thickness of 2-3 millimeters like this and cut rectangles with a slotted knife for the dough and cut two to three lines along each length, but not to the end.
- Before frying, we intertwine the rectangles with each other.
- Fry them in hot oil to become nicely golden in color, and immediately sprinkle with powdered sugar. I found a picture of them in a magazine today and here is what they look like there. Another picture
