Kozunak is a traditional Bulgarian sweet bread prepared for Easter. If you are a fan of its more famous version, Italian panettone, we believe that this recipe will soon be among your favorite recipes. You can prepare it in a traditional oblong or round mold.

Easter is ... I'm always making Easter-Easter sweet cake, millibrod or kozunak ... the choice fell on this recipe today, while I was working and baking seemingly all right, tomorrow the cut will appear, so I'll see those strings as far as stopped in place ... Sweet pastries with cranberries

I made the dough for these pastries a couple of times until I was completely satisfied with the result. I love the cakes that orange and lemon go into, so I somehow incorporated that into these pastries as well, and the cranberries were a dot on i :) You can also make an Easter braid from this dough :)
