When your child persuades you to use a horse-shaped mold, then you have to figure out how to use it.
Preparation steps
- So the first step is to persuade a child to buy a mold in a certain Swedish store that you don't really need.
- Mix eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar.
- Melt the coconut fat with the chocolate (you can also use butter). Add to eggs.
- Add flour and baking powder. Stir.
- I filled the cavalry mold in half, turned the rest of the mixture into muffins and the small cavalry that came with the big one. In the second picture, next to the recipe, you can see a small horse. It lights up because everything is the same only without the chocolate.
- After baking 180 ° I don't know how long, about half an hour. My oven is crazy so it bakes differently every time. It is best to check after half an hour with a toothpick.
- Now comes the hardest part. After the horse has cooled in its mold, take it out and coat it with the jam you got from the neighbor, I think it’s from a pear in which there are also pieces of fruit. After smearing with such jam, there is no chance that the chocolate topping will be smooth but that is quite ok (I don’t have a picture with chocolate).
