Kolja / törsk on white
This is purely my note that I don’t have to look for this recipe every time. Simple, cheap and fast! Grandma Ljuba's stunt gives a beautiful taste again
Preparation steps
- I prepare this dish with frozen slice or cod (torsk). Of course I defrost them first and wash them well.
- cut the potatoes into rings and place the fish on it, then add the potato rings again. Add salt, bay leaf and olive oil. Put water just enough to cover the potatoes and fish.
- When the potatoes are cooked and the fish has crumbled, heat a little olive oil and garlic in a microwave for 30sec. Drizzle with olives and add a little primrose. Add lemon juice to taste.
Serving
This dish is very tasty and when cooked with Brussels sprouts,
