Kljukusa from the pan
So simple, and so delicious. My kids just love the keyhole, and when I say I’m going to make it no one is happier than them.
Preparation steps
- Put flour, salt and baking powder in a bowl and mix. Then add the rest of the ingredients and mix just enough to combine.
- Leave the prepared mixture to stand for fifteen minutes.
- Fry the kljukus as thicker pancakes or pancakes on a pancake griddle or in a teflon pan with very little oil for 2 minutes on each side.
- Mix the topping ingredients and serve as a topping over each piece, or you can cut into pieces, put in a bowl and top with the topping.
