Preparation steps

  • Leave the prepared mixture to stand for fifteen minutes.
  • Fry the kljukus as thicker pancakes or pancakes on a pancake griddle or in a teflon pan with very little oil for 2 minutes on each side.
  • Mix the topping ingredients and serve as a topping over each piece, or you can cut into pieces, put in a bowl and top with the topping.
