Kiwi, melon and vanilla jam
It's not something new, but it's very nice to me.
Preparation steps
- * Peel the fruit, then cut them into cubes. * Open, lengthwise, vanilla and scrape the seeds and add them, from the pods, to the fruit. * Add sugar, mix well, put a lid and leave, at room temperature until the second day.
- * The next day, put on high heat and when it starts to boil leave another 5 minutes. * Put in jars and seal well.
Serving
From this quantity I got 3 jars of 375gr.
