Kiwi and Praline Jelly
This jelly is not only made of natural fruit but also meets the rules on jellies (joking :: D) The wine gives a special aroma, believe me :) :) Jano ♥
Preparation steps
- FOR JELLIES: Peel a kiwi and grate it in a blender. Stir in the water and bring to a boil over low heat. When it boils, remove from the heat and leave to cool. Squeeze the cold mixture through a thick sieve to separate the small stones. Pour the gelatin into the wine and let it swell.
- Add gelatin and sugar to the cold kiwi (adjust it as you like, as sweet as you like) and cook again. When it boils, add butter and a few drops of aroma (the kiwi loses its nice color during cooking), stir until the butter is completely melted. Rinse the silicone or a shallow container (about 23 cm in diameter) with cold water and pour out the liquid. Leave it to compress and cool in a cool place. The height of the jelly in the container should be about 1 cm high. #### If you want to serve the jelly in glasses, put only 10g of gelatin and reduce the wine by 30ml.I increased because I wanted to get jelly candies ####
- When you fill the pralines with a part of the jelly, cut the rest into cubes with a sharp knife and roll it in coarse sugar. Leave it in the fridge. You will get delicious jelly candies.
- FOR PRALINE: Melt both chocolates together in a steamer (you can also use white chocolate separately), add oil. Brush the silicone molds and leave them in the freezer for 5 minutes. Repeat the process 2x more. With a small spoon, grab the kiwi jelly to fit in the praline and close the praline with a small spoon of chocolate. Leave it in the cooling box again and after ten minutes, take the pralines out of the mold. You can also work in a shorter procedure. At the bottom of the praline cavity, put a small spoonful of a little melted chocolate, a piece of jelly, and again pour a teaspoon of chocolate. When you're done, leave it in the chest to squeeze. In sweetness !!!
