Kinder roll
Well known taste in a slightly different form. Worth a try, believe me. All the best ingredients in one place.
Preparation steps
- Bark: Whisk well 10 egg whites, add sugar. Mix the dry ingredients and add to the egg whites, lightly combine with a spoon. Line a 40x35 baking tray with baking paper, bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes. The bark should turn yellow. Remove to a wire rack and coat with nutella.
- Filling: Put 1/2 l of milk with sugar on the stove to boil. Separately whisk the egg yolks, add 2 dl of milk and pudding. Remove the boiled milk from the heat, add the beaten egg yolks with the pudding and stir with a whisk, return to a low heat and stir until it thickens. Allow to cool.
- Whip the margarine, then the filling and combine everything. Divide into 2 parts. In one add melted chocolate and whisk, in the other broken plasma. Coat the crust with black filling, then yellow and wrap in a roll. Leave in the refrigerator to cool until serving.
- Decoration: Put 1 dl of sweet sour cream in a bowl, add chocolate and mix until the chocolate melts and thickens. Remove from the heat, leave to cool and coat the roll. If desired, decorate with sweet sour cream.
