Kinder pingui with strawberries
These days there are commercials on TV for kinder ping with raspberries. I created a version with strawberries. I made a cake ... a great cake.
Preparation steps
- Bake the biscuit: mix whole eggs with sugar, add oil and juice. The milk in the recipe that goes into the biscuit is better to replace with juice because the baked biscuit will not dry standing, it stays fresh and soft. Flour, cocoa, etc. for the pastry, stir and add a little, stirring with a mixer at a lower speed. Pour into a cake tin (26 cm), bake for about 30-40 minutes. Place the first sheet on a tray and return the frame of the cake pan.
- Strawberry filling: Mix washed strawberries and sugar in a blender (or stick mixer) to get a smooth cream. Mix gelatin with 4 tablespoons of water and leave to swell.
- Mix the second gelatine in the same way as the previous one with water, leave it to swell. Make 250 ml of sweet cream into the whipped cream, add 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar. Divide the swollen gelatin into 2 equal parts. Melt one half over low heat (mix and make sure it doesn't boil) , mix into the whipped cream. Coat the biscuit in the mold (on a tray), flatten.
- Melt the swollen gelatin for strawberries over a low heat. Stir evenly into the strawberries. Pour the resulting topping over the whipped cream. Leave in the fridge to harden (1-2 hours).
- Remove from the fridge, make the remaining 250 ml of sweet cream with a tablespoon of powdered sugar, add the remaining half of the gelatin (melted). Spread over the strawberries, put the 2nd sheet of biscuit. Press lightly and leave in the fridge to set and cool. Remove from the fridge, thin with a knife separate the sides of the mold and remove it.
- If desired, spread whipped cream on the cake. (I'm not) Melt the steamed chocolate and pour over the cake.
- It can also be made as a cake.
