Like from a store ..
Preparation steps
- Prepare the ingredients for the biscuits: 4 eggs 4 tablespoons sugar 4 tablespoons flour 4 tablespoons warm water 1 full tablespoon cocoa 1/5 baking powder
- Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites and make the egg whites with a pinch of salt (for better firmness) into solid snow.
- Make egg yolks with sugar frothy and add warm water and stir briefly. Then add the dry ingredients (flour, cocoa and pastries) and make with a mixer.
- Add the prepared egg whites to the mixture with the egg yolks little by little and mix with a food processor, lightly so that the mixture remains airy from the egg whites and does not fall off.
- Turn the oven to 180 degrees. And pour half of the mixture into a square baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake briefly because the biscuit is thin .. about 5 minutes depends on your oven ..
- Bake another biscuit from the remaining mixture in the same way.
- Prepare the ingredients for the chocolate coating: 200 g of chocolate 1 tablespoon of oil 70 g of margarine 100 ml of water Put all the ingredients together, melt in steam, and leave to cool.
- Put gelatin with 4 tablespoons of water to swell.
- Make a firm 500 ml of whipping cream, but do not stir.
- Dissolve the swollen gelatin over a fire, keeping the pan over the fire and stirring, not lowering it on the hob to keep it from boiling. Add the melted gelatin little by little to the whipped cream and mix.
- Place the biscuit on a tray.
- Coat the biscuit with half of the sweet cream filling.
- Shake on the sweet cream filling and spread the cooled chocolate coating. Leave in the refrigerator to harden the coating.
- Add the other half of the sweet cream filling to the cooled coating.
- Put another biscuit on the sweet cream filling and lightly press.
- Prepare the ingredients for the glaze.100 g chocolate 50 g margarine a little oil
- Assemble the ingredients for the glaze and put to melt on the steam. Allow to cool and firm up a bit, but not too much so you can apply to the cake.
- Coat the glaze and place to cool. When the glaze hardens cut into slices (rectangles) similar to what a purchased kinder pigvin looks like.
- PLEASANT ..
