Kinder oblanda
I really like cakes with powdered milk, so this wafer is one of my favorites, it is delicious, decorative and you can prepare it in a fasting version ...
Preparation steps
- Spin 250 grams of sugar with 1 deciliter of water (after the mixture boils, cook it for another 7 minutes), then add 200 grams of margarine to the mixture and immediately start stirring with a mixer until the margarine melts and the mixture becomes foamy. Then immediately add powdered milk, but it would be best to always have a slightly larger amount of powdered milk on hand, because depending on the quality of the milk, sometimes a slightly larger or smaller amount is needed. The mixture is well prepared when it starts to separate from the walls of the bowl in which you are stirring. Then ice the mixture in two parts and add about 4 tablespoons of cocoa to one part and stir that part a little more so that the cocoa mixes well with the milk mixture. Then apply a dark layer of powdered milk on the wafer sheet, cover with another sheet and apply a white layer over it when you put the wafer sheet again. Load the wafer with a heavier object as you normally do when preparing waffle cakes, leave it overnight and then bake.
