Preparation steps

  • Whisk eggs and sugar and add milk, oil and mix more, then add flour, cocoa and pzp and honey and mix everything together. Pour into a baking tray (30x25) lined with paper and bake at 180c for about 15 minutes. Check with a toothpick if it is baked. cool well and cut lengthwise.
  • For the cream, whip the whipping cream and add milk, sugar, vanilla and honey, whisk and add the gelatin that we previously prepared as it says on the bag. Mix everything well and leave it in the fridge while the biscuit cools. When it has cooled, put the cream on half of the biscuit and cover with another biscuit and leave to cool and the cream to compress.
