Preparation steps

  • For the cream, mix the whipped cream tightly, then add the ingredients, and make the gelatine according to the instructions and add it to the cream when it is slightly warm, not hot at all. Then spread half of the cream on one wafer and the other half on the other and put in the fridge to harden. while you make the caramel.
  • Steam the cream candies and add the other ingredients, stir until the candies are completely melted, then cook for at least another 3 mins or until you are happy with the density, but according to this recipe you should have no problem with that.
  • When the caramel has cooled in half, take out the wafers and place the caramel evenly on one and cover the other, feel free to squeeze it a little to connect everything and return to the fridge.
  • On steam, make a chocolate topping and pour over the wafer and sprinkle, wait for the chocolate to harden, then turn to the other side, pour and sprinkle. If it’s complicated for you or the crusts are soft enough that you’re afraid they’ll fall apart you don’t have to on both sides, and one is quite sufficient and juicy, but then put in half the topping ingredients.
