Kinder Custard
I have eggs left over from Easter ...
Preparation steps
- Brown Part:
- Cook the pudding with the ingredients.
- Wait for it to cool down a bit so that your glasses do not crack and succeed in each glass to half.
- White Part:
- Separate a little milk and mash the egg yolk in a saucepan (best put in a blender - I didn't and the mixture wasn't very frothy).
- Add a little more milk from the already measured, add the niseste and whisk in the porridge.
- Cook like pudding.
- Sprinkle over the brown mixture and allow to cool.
- Decorate to your liking.
