Kinder Custard

I have eggs left over from Easter ...

Preparation steps

  • Brown Part:
  • Cook the pudding with the ingredients.
  • Wait for it to cool down a bit so that your glasses do not crack and succeed in each glass to half.
  • White Part:
  • Separate a little milk and mash the egg yolk in a saucepan (best put in a blender - I didn't and the mixture wasn't very frothy).
  • Add a little more milk from the already measured, add the niseste and whisk in the porridge.
  • Cook like pudding.
  • Sprinkle over the brown mixture and allow to cool.
  • Decorate to your liking.

Beat the competition to the western apple pie with a fine and healthier Japanese variant. When you already use wholemeal flour and malt instead of white sugar, we suggest you try to get apples from organic farming as well.

Vanilla sauce with fruit

Although we have intended this recipe primarily for children, starting from their 10th month, we are sure that you will not resist it either. A special pleasure will be created by the common final touch, ie dipping the sliced fruit into the sauce.
