Kinder Bueno without baking
We almost ate it when it occurred to me that I could write a recipe because it is a really great cake, and the pictures could have been better if I had remembered earlier ... There are several recipes on the Internet but I will not connect them because I did not follow exactly one, and I didn't find a similar one here ...
Preparation steps
- For the cream, cook two bags of pudding with sugar and vanilla sugar in 600 ml of milk according to the instructions on the bag. Transfer the hot pudding to a bowl, cover with cling film and allow to cool. Mix the cold pudding with a mixer and lightly whisk the mascarpone into it. Whip the whipping cream separately and lightly combine with the pudding cream with a spatula.
- Prepare a tray measuring 23 x 30cm. Dip the biscuits in the milk briefly and arrange them on a baking sheet. Heat the chocolate spread in the microwave or steam for a few seconds to make it easier to spread on the biscuits. Coat the biscuits and fold another layer of biscuits, also soaked in milk. Spread the cream on the biscuit base, level the surface and store in the fridge.
- For the ganache, heat the cream to boiling point and remove from the heat. Add the chopped chocolate and stir until everything is melted. Allow the ganache to cool to room temperature, then pour over the cake. Leave the stake in the refrigerator for a few hours or preferably overnight. The next day, cut into cubes (preferably with a heated knife) and serve.
