Kinder bueno torta
I often make this cake for children’s birthdays, it’s not that demanding to make, and the little ones just adore it.
Preparation steps
- Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Add sugar, oil, milk and cocoa and baking powder mixed with flour to the egg yolks. Combine it all well, then add the beaten egg whites, and lightly combine with a spoon, not a mixer. Bake at 180 degrees for about 35 minutes. Cut the cooled crust into 3 parts.
- Mix the pudding powder with the sugar and part of the milk. Bring the rest of the milk to a boil, then lightly add the pudding. When the mixture thickens, remove from the heat and while it is still hot, add white chocolate. Make a frothy margarine and add it to the cooled pudding. Finely chop the kinder and mix lightly into the filling. Grate the milk chocolate finely and mix lightly into the filling.
- Fill the crust, and pre-soak each crust with chocolate milk, not much. Garnish so filling as desired or simply just with whipped sweet sour cream.
