Kinder balls

Scents that go back to childhood .. something we want to impress our children with .. something that thrilled us .. the memory of my mother's kinder lada .. mmmm .. only in my version now for my children .. wonderful

Preparation steps

  • Put sugar and water in a bowl. Cook until thick, then add the margarine to melt, and add the density until the mixture is thicker.
  • Remove from heat and add powdered milk. Whisk with a mixer so that there are no lumps.
  • Divide into 2 parts. in the first part add the chocolate to melt. So you have black and white cream. With the proviso that you don't have to stick to chocolate .. you can add some aroma or even color .. to your imagination ..
  • Put the mixture in the refrigerator to compress, preferably overnight, and maybe in the freezer to speed up the process.
  • When the mixture is compressed, make balls, and dip them in chocolate glaze and crumbs. Decorating at your will .. experiment !!! Kids adore it and it disappears in an instant !!
