Killing Lasagna
What to say ... enjoy! But be careful with the sugar in this recipe. :)
Preparation steps
- RED SAUCE
- Peel and chop the onion, then put it in cold olive oil on low heat.
- When the onion is glassy, add both the ragout sauce, and 1/2 tetrapack of tomatoes, a little vegeta, Dalmatian spice, basil and sugar, bay leaf and pepper and stir a little on the fire for 15 minutes.
- WHITE SAUCE
- Mix: cottage cheese, sour cream, parmesan, vegeta, garlic, sweet red pepper, Dalmatian spice, basil, a little cinnamon, pepper and sugar. We try if the taste suits us, if we feel that something is missing, we add that spice.
- PREPARATION IN A BAKING TRAY
- In a glass bowl for lasagna, put a little melted butter with bread crumbs, then a row of lasagna, then a row of red sauce, then a row of lasagna, then a row of white sauce and so on, until the sauces wear out.
- We can put cheese slices on top of everything.
- Bake at 200 C, 20 minutes
- TOMATO SAUCE FOR WATERING LASAGNI:
- Heat 1+ 1/2 tetrapacks of tomato sauce and add: sugar, vegeta, garlic, and thyme.
Serving
Leave the lasagna to cool a bit so you can cut them.
