Preparation steps
- Wash the eggs with a mixer. Add sour cream and oil. Finally, add flour and baking powder and knead a medium-hard dough. (hours = 200ml)
- From the dough, make walnut-sized balls, or a little bigger. He'll get you 25-26 pieces. Bake in a heated oven at 200 degrees until golden brown.
- When we put it to bake, we prepare the sherbet. Pour water and sugar into the sieve. Then add lemon slices. When the sieve boils, turn off the heat.
- Pour hot sherbet over the hot lokum. Occasionally turn the lokum to absorb the sherbet better.
- Decorate as desired with ground walnuts, hazelnuts or coconut.
