We all learned to cook and every recipe and every piece of advice would come in handy .. so here is mine to enrich a new young cook, maybe give someone an idea or just enrich someone's time by reading ..
Preparation steps
- Cut the onion into cubes and sauté in oil until soft. Put bacon on it to pour the juice and bake a little. After a little add water if necessary so as not to burn.
- While the onion and bacon are simmering, the cabbage leaves are washed and cut into strips, cubes or as you prefer, and soaked in boiling salted water and covered. So leave it.
- Put the sausages cut into rings on the stewed onion and bacon, sauté a little, then add the diced potatoes, and pour water over them to cover the potatoes.
- When it’s all a little softened, not quite just a little. Add the kale, pour over the water, season and simmer over low heat until cooked through.
- When it is cooked on the side in a bowl, stir in the žl. or 2 smooth flour with ground sweet pepper. Add the kale to the mixture while stirring. The water must boil and we must stir until the mixture is poured so that there are no lumps.
- I cook the beef from the bones on the side, so when the meat is cooked, I separate it and add the kale. But you can also cook the bone with kale. Just add it to the sausage when cooking.
- AND THAT'S IT!!!
