Preparation steps
- Wash the chicken, dry it and cut it into cubes.

- Close the bowl well and leave it to stand in the marinade overnight.
- You can put marinated chicken on the breasts and fry on the grill or as I did this time because outside the hellish heat it is time to arrange the chicken on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in the oven at 210 degrees for 30 minutes.
