Kaul and broccoli in an omelet
Fast and fine especially when you have to persuade an adult daughter to eat broccoli.
Preparation steps
- Separate the cauliflower (cauliflower or kaul) into smaller florets and cook in salted water. Drain and allow to dry slightly. Quickly fry the drained flowers in olive oil and mash a little with a fork. Separately whisk the eggs, add a little salt and pepper and add the turmeric. Pour the eggs over the cauliflower and broccoli and leave to brown on the underside. Turn to the other side with a larger spatula or plate. cheese melted well. After the omelette, add chopped chili pepper if desired and serve with cream cheese.
