Katarina snicle
I ate these snicles at our restaurant, I really liked them, so I tried to make a recipe at home by myself. The recipe worked, but the picture didn't, and I didn't even get to the second photo, the snicles are gone….
Preparation steps
- beat the meat, spread spicy and let it stand for about 30 minutes
- finely chop the onion, garlic and ham and fry for about 10 minutes in a little oil, then add the finely chopped champignons and spices, and cover with two tablespoons of water and let it simmer on low heat for another 10 minutes.
- fry the snicle on the grill (10 minutes on both sides)
- we arrange the snicle in a tray that we previously greased with oil
- coat each steak with mustard (1 teaspoon on each steak)
- apply the previously roasted mass, and grate the cheese over the mass
- place in a preheated oven at 180C, and bake the snicle for another 15-20 minutes
