Kasato from polenta

Preparation steps
- # Cut all cheeses into cubes except PARMESAN.
- # Cook the polenta according to the instructions on the bag.
- # Coat the square kalpa with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
- # Alternately place a row of polenta, which you lightly press and flatten with a damp spoon, then sprinkle with cheese cubes ..finish with a layer of polenta.
- # Now sprinkle grated parmesan over everything and spread butter sheets on top.
- # Bake for 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 250 degrees.
