Preparation steps

  • # Cut all cheeses into cubes except PARMESAN.
  • # Cook the polenta according to the instructions on the bag.
  • # Coat the square kalpa with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
  • # Alternately place a row of polenta, which you lightly press and flatten with a damp spoon, then sprinkle with cheese cubes ..finish with a layer of polenta.
  • # Now sprinkle grated parmesan over everything and spread butter sheets on top.
  • # Bake for 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 250 degrees.

Serving

This side dish is equally delicious served both hot and cold… .PLEASANT ..
