Baked camembert with cherry sauce
This rich sandwich with camembert, which I leaked a couple of months ago, I longed for on one culinary channel, I remembered the procedure and the ingredients, and I couldn't make it. The opportunity arose a few days ago, when my dear cool-friend Mirjana (Inocha) to my great joy was chosen as the Cool Chef! I return the aunts for bupte (I received a gift-recipe from Inočka in November as part of the game "Heart of the Boss"), that is, this is my gift with a dedication intended for the new Boss. I don't play games and I don't participate in events, so I want to congratulate my dear friend on the title once again in this way. Considering that she likes unusual combinations and refined, ie "moldy" cheeses, I think that she will like my gift at least half as much as I liked hers ... Inočka, živa bila❣

I really like the cheese baked in the oven. Today I did it with camembert cheese and thin crusts.

This famous French soft fatty cheese with noble white molds in combination with pears and honey is an unforgettable appetizer with a sweet taste. It goes well with prosciutto or smoked salmon and a glass of good red wine :)
