Preparation steps
- First, soak the raisins in water (about 15 minutes). Crush the kadaif to the smallest. Melt the butter and mix with the oil.
- Separate the two crusts. Sprinkle them with kadaif, so that the upper 1/3 is not sprinkled. Sprinkle with two tablespoons of butter. Sprinkle with 3 tablespoons of walnuts and pre-drained raisins.
- Roll nicely. Repeat the process with the other crusts. Cut the finished rolls to a length of 5 cm. Arrange them upright in a tray, side by side. Drizzle with remaining oil.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 150 degrees until nicely browned. In the meantime, cook the Agda. Pour water over the sugar and let it boil. When it boils, add the lemon and call it hot.
- Pour hot baklava with hot Agda. Cool.
