Kabak Kebabı / zucchini kebab
Kebab with minced meat and zucchini, finely juicy.
Preparation steps
- Prepare the meat: Put the minced meat in a bowl. Grate the onion and garlic on the currants. Add the egg, crumbs, salt, pepper, hot peppers, thyme and cumin. Make everything well with your hands as if kneading the dough. Heat a dry pan and fry a little meat on it to see if the spice suits you. Put the meat in the fridge for half an hour. Wash and dry the zucchini. Cut them into fetishes of equal thickness, make sure they are straight cut, for aesthetic reasons. Put them in a bowl, add salt and salt. Slice the kebabs by placing 3 meatballs and 4 zucchini fetishes. Roll out the skewer, lightly roll it to form and squeeze. Cut pieces of aluminum foil and coat it with oil. Put one skewer in each piece of foil, close the foil and place the oven in a preheated oven at 180-200C for 30-40 minutes. Then open the kebabs and sprinkle them with grated cheese. Bake everything for 10 minutes.

Serve with meza salad. I served with roasted peppers with green olives and stewed beans,
