Juicy tortillas

A little differently stacked, like some compound. They happened out of pure boredom…

Preparation steps

  • Tortillas
  • Knead the dough and let it rest for a while.
  • Mix and divide into 8 balls and roll into a circle.
  • Bake them on a Teflon pan with minimal fat (or better yet no fat if it goes).
  • They are baked relatively short because they are refined later.
  • Stuffing
  • Saute finely chopped onion and meat, basting with water.
  • Add spices, garlic and tomato juice and simmer a little more.
  • Finally, stir in the cooked vegetables.
  • I did it all somehow educatively, so the quantities were not measured exactly.
  • It should turn out juicy so it leaks while the tortillas are stuffed.
  • Fill tortillas with this filling and arrange them in the form of letters (envelopes) - so that the filling does not leak.
  • Arrange them in a fireproof bowl and pour over the topping.
  • Dressing
  • Whisk in the cream, eggs and Vegeta.
  • Pour this over the tortillas.
  • Arrange slices of cheese and sprinkle with fresh mushrooms.
  • Bake in the oven.
