Juicy marble kuglof
The marble stake has been decorating our tables for many years and no matter how tasty it is in itself, I had the need to upgrade and enrich it and so this marble kuglof with apricot jam was created a little different from the others .... juicy, decorative, sumptuous and irresistible
Preparation steps
- Leave all ingredients for 15 minutes at room temperature
- We make two biscuits. Whisk the eggs with the sugar, then add the other ingredients and mix into a smooth mixture.
- Put a little white and a little black dough alternately in the kuglof mold. When you are consuming this dough take a pinch and in a circular motion gently mix the mixture into the mold to get a nice sare. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° for 5 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 150 ° for some 35 to 40 minutes depending on the strength of your oven. Check with a toothpick if it is baked.
- When the kuglof is baked, leave it in the mold for about 20 minutes, then take it out of the mold and decorate with powdered sugar.
- Allow to cool so you can consume
