Juicy balls

Preparation steps

  • Turn the stove to 180 degrees to warm up. Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt into a solid whipped cream. Add sugar and bourbon vanilla sugar to the egg yolks and whisk until frothy. Add milk, sifted flour, semolina, baking powder and sifted cocoa, whisk to obtain a uniform mass. Then add the beaten egg whites, mix them by hand. Pour the mixture into a greased mold. Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
  • When the biscuit has cooled, crumble it in a bowl. Grind the petit biscuits. In a bowl with the biscuit, alternately add the biscuit and cherry liqueur. Evaluate for yourself how many biscuits and liqueurs are needed so that the mixture can be made into balls, not too hard, not too soft.
  • Roll the finished balls in chocolate.

Serving

You can arrange the balls in paper molds or simply put them in a nice bowl.
