Judith's cake
And while Judita is a classic of Croatian literature, Judita's cake is a classic among desserts - it contains everything that makes a cake irresistible.
Preparation steps
- For the biscuit:
- Beat the egg whites in the snow, then add the sugar and vanilla sugar while stirring.
- Finally, lightly stir in the walnuts mixed with the bread crumbs. Arrange the mixture in a greased baking tray (32x20 cm).
- Bake in an oven preheated to 170 ° C for about 20 minutes.
- For the cream:
- Prepare the cream according to the instructions on the package, adding orange juice together with the milk. Arrange over chilled biscuit.
- For whipped cream:
- Add the contents of the Hit Whipped Cream bag to the cold milk and mix with an electric mixer until you get a solid whipped cream.
- Spread the whipped cream over the cream.
Serving
Sprinkle with chocolate shavings and cool well before serving.
