"Before him is a day of walking, fear is spreading, glory is following in his footsteps" - the verses of the Hedgehog's house are famous, and you just need a little imagination to have a delicious appetizer that no child will surely resist. Draw a hedgehog smile and serve it on arugula leaves with toasted slices of bread.
Preparation steps
- Open the tuna and put it in a strainer to drain well, and hard-boil the egg, peel and chop.
- Place the drained tuna, egg, mayonnaise, cream, butter, chopped capers and lemon juice in an electric chopper and mix well to even out the mixture to get a pate. Add salt and pepper if necessary.
- Take a round bowl and cover the inside with cling film. Put the prepared pate inside, smooth and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- When the pate has cooled well, turn the pate over on a serving plate. Remove the pan and carefully remove the foil.
- Cut a little pate on the side of the "hedgehog" with a knife to get the shape of a hedgehog, and shape the nose from the excess pate.
- Fold the kviki sticks to the appropriate length and insert them into the body of the hedgehog to get the thorns. Of course omit the head. Use three capers to make eyes and a muzzle on his head, and shape his mouth with a knife.
Serving
Serve with toasted white bread and with a salad of your choice.
