This is my hundredth recipe, I published this recipe because I got it 25 years ago from a friend. Great cake !!!

Preparation steps

  • PEEL: from egg whites, sugar and lemon juice whisk the mixture. Transfer to a baking tray and dry the crust for 90 minutes at 100 degrees. Bake such 3 crusts. FIL: Mix 4 egg yolks, 4 teaspoons of sugar, 4 teaspoons of flour with 2 dl of milk that we previously put to boil with 100 g of sugar. When the filling thickens, remove from the heat and leave to cool. Whisk the margarine with the remaining egg yolks, add to the cooled filling. Combine well and then add the ground walnuts that we have previously fried. Whip the whipped cream according to the instructions on the bag and assemble with the filling. Divide the filling into two parts and add melted chocolate to one part. Fill the crust + one filling of the crust and then the other filling of the crust. decorate around with whipped cream.
