Jafic Banana Gonzales
This creamy delight got its name because of the ease of making as well as the speed for which it is made but also eaten…; ))
Preparation steps
- Peel a banana, grate it and add the whipped cream and squeezed lemon (because the filling will turn black because of the banana if no lemon is added) and mix with a mixer.
- Soak the Jaffa biscuit well in milk (because the biscuit is harder so that it softens) and arrange it on the cake tray. Coat with a piece of whipped cream, then arrange the biscuits again and so on until you have used up the ingredients.
- Sprinkle with cocoa and grated chocolate.
- Put in the fridge to firm up and then enjoy Gonzalez…;)))
