Jaffa snite

I wouldn't have set the recipe, if I hadn't been thrilled by the version of the same recipe by dear Buba..Just to show her how beautiful her pictures are and thank her for the difference in the recipe that I like, I am setting this one of mine. The slices are very tasty and juicy..it's hard to stick to one snippet .. Below the recipe, the recipe and the recipe of the respected Buba ..

Preparation steps

  • Before use, keep the oranges in a mild solution of baking soda, about 15 minutes, rinse, cut into pieces, remove the stones and freeze.
  • When frozen, grind in a meat grinder or mix in a blender.
  • BISCUIT
  • Whisk whole eggs with sugar until the mass turns white. Lightly add the other ingredients.
  • Pour the mass into a greased and floured protvan, approx. 24 × 34.
  • Bake for about 16 minutes, until the edges of the biscuit separate from the protvan, at 180 C.
  • Cool the biscuit and cut the ends about 1 cm. Crush the ends and set aside.
  • FIL
  • Sugar, 200 gr rise with 1 dl of water. Cook for just a few minutes, until the sugar has melted.
  • Separately mix the pudding with 3 dl of water.
  • Add ground orange to the hot whipped sugar, cook for about 2 minutes at a thousand temperature, then add the crumbled biscuit, jam and whipped pudding.
  • Pour hot filling over the biscuits, flatten and pour the chocolate glaze.
  • Cut the well-chilled stake into slices or cubes.
  • I think it gives the beauty of taste only the next day ..

Serving

The image is "anemic", although the cake tastes great. That is why, in addition to my recipe, I am also posting the recipe of the young but excellent master Bube86
