Preparation steps
- Boil sugar, milk and margarine and add ground biscuits.
- Spread half of the hot filling on a wafer sheet, arrange the jaffa biscuit rolls over the filling, apply the rest of the filling and cover with another wafer sheet.
- Press lightly to make the filling and wafers stick together, and when it cools well, cut into cubes or shapes as desired.
